Our Annual General Meeting is Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at 4:30 PM.
This year’s RRUSA AGM (Annual General Meeting) will be online, so it’s never been easier (or more fun!) to join. Members can attend online on Google Meets.

Come and learn what your student association worked on last year.
The meeting will cover the following topics:
- 2021-2022 Annual Report
- 2021-2022 Financial Report
- 2021-2022 Audited Financial Statements
- Appointment of 2022-2023 Auditor
- Other Business
Submissions
Any Member may submit an item to be included on the provisional agenda of a Annual General Meeting, in the form of a petition signed by at least fifteen (15) Members, submitted to the President at least twenty-one (21) days before the general meeting at which the item is to be considered.
Submissions from members were due by 11:59 pm PST on January 9, 2023 in accordance with bylaw IV(3). Submissions were to be submitted to president@rrusa.ca.
