Annually, the Association holds its general election for the Board of Directors in October of each year. Following the election, directors take up seats on November 1st of the same calendar year and hold office until October 31st.

Seats on the Board that remain or become vacant following the general election may be filled during a by-election.

Nominations will be accepted starting from September 30th- October 4th 2024.

Nominee Meeting

Nominees will be invited to attend a meeting to go over important details about the campaign period.

October 7th – 11th

Campaign Period

Campaigning begin October 7th until October 11th

October 15, 16 & 17

Voting Period

The voting period will begin October 15 and continue until October 17th.

October 18

Preliminary Results

Results of the election will be announced October 18th 2024.

Barring complications, official results will be posted in time for the November Board of Directors meeting.
